The Importance of Conviction in Early Marketing

When you're building something out for the first time, it's often hard to know if something is working because of something you're doing or in spite ofsomething you're doing. One thing that I've had a lot of conviction on going into doc was trying to replicate what we did for with the resources for humans at Lattice and apply some of those lessons at doc. Marketing is like the easy part of what I'm doing now, but I'm able to kind of make those more long term bets with conviction.
