Nearly 40% of the population will experience symptoms of insomnia at some point in their life. Insomnia being the most common clinical sleep disorder characterized by difficulty falling asleep or difficulty staying asleep. It can be characterized as tired but wired or when your brain just won't shut off. If you're having trouble sleeping, you might want to take stock of where you're at and collect data through a sleep journal.
