The Importance of a Great Tower
I think it's to do those stupid blocks, those office blocks, just a cube plonked on top of a train station. That's literally what we built at Euston in the 1960s, and we're now tearing that down. I'm not in the camp if we should cancel the whole thing, I'll preserve the station as is. But there does need to be work done on it. There needs to be improvements made to it. We are approaching the project that are currently being missed in the media debate. It is largely being funded by a private developer who's getting the space to build offices above.
