What Is the Problem With Passport?

A lot of this stuff ends up being buried on like forums or documentation that just clicks through to, for example, Microsoft. The way they set it up is so painful, right? It's almost a format model more than an actual model. And you find it on Google and they're never there. That tree on the left just kills me. They can't go the whole top metaphor, right? This drives me crazy. Like websites that, oh, I need to look like a Windows application, or even an OSX application. This is really wrong.
