Lewis: I was a very bad leader in the sense that there were times where I'd bring somebody on and then I'd be like, well, I can do this better than you. And so Lexi did a phenomenal job with our project manager, who's amazing. So we have the right people in the right seat and it took a while to get there. Lewis: How much is it us being here?
