The Importance of Post-Concussion Syndrome

The sensitivity is pretty good in the 90s. You certainly can miss some lesions but not necessarily clinically important lesions like isolated skull fracture and tiny subarachnoid bleeds. A fair portion of kids who have concussion go on to exhibit symptoms a month or more. 30 percent of kids still had three or more newer worsening symptoms at one month as compared to their pre-injury status.
