The Power of God

Amos nine is the fifth and final vision, but it's the Lord beside the altar. It reminded me of Psalm 139, like, where can I go? Yeah. Where can I hide from your presence? If I go to the depths, you're there. No place to hide. So that's one of the things that jumped at me and I wrote next to us, God is all powerful and that's a good thing.Yeah. Yes. And so yes, there's a lot of really harsh language in this book and in Amos's prophecy and as a mouthpiece for the Lord, but this is the Lord's response to evil. That's not what God wants.
