Mindfulness Practice

The choice is a different matter than what arises in our conscious experience. We just want to not conflate the appearance of something in our mind with the obligatory requirement that we attend to it and continue attending to it. Ind i think this is something that mindfulness practice also teaches us, that, ah, it's just the mind pumping out stuff. You don't kind of take it so seriously. And alo you can almost have like, heart a little bit of like ul there it is. The mind's just doing its thing.
