Is There a Serbico Coronavirus in the Americas?

Virus in most field samples can't be propagated. There are a number of coronaviruses that even infect people that haven't been able to grow. HKU1 was notoriously considered an unculturable coronavirus, and it wasn't until groups figured out you needed primary human airway epithelial cells to get them to grow. It's not that the virus doesn't work. It's just we don't know what it takes to grow.
