The Benefits of Making Your Own Chocolate

Why make your own chocolate? Well because you can. It's such a creative act. It tastes amazing like Rob said. To see that product go from just a bean with a shell on that's raw to actual chocolate is frankly magical. I've found a particular type of bean which has nice flavour and yet has lower caffeine than Creoio beans. And I know they're coming from a farm in Nicaragua and I buy them in bulk and I'm happy with their practices.
