The Paradox of Silence

i don't know how to bring visual arts to tap experience so that's kind of what i'm trying to figure out and like also it feels very paradoxical paradoxical to do something about silence because it's like then it's not silent. running and thinking and running and walking also i read a couple books of walking and running so i think the connection with writing and thinking andRunning is more common and established than in Finland. would it be some sort of installation or like spatial arts in that way that i could somehow create a space where people could feel some sort of presence and connection or something but then there's also like churches already exist so i don't know so like my own art project
