How to Set Discounts on Your Offers, Okay?
The more money somebody spends, the higher the discount they are going to get. 15% off does not move people more than 10%. Unless you have a massively high AOV where that extra 5% is really a lot of money,. The 5% doesn't do anything and you're just kind of giving away margin. It doesn't convert more incremental customers than 10%. And so I would think of this as either a dollar amount or the discount percentages you should be using would be like a 10, 20, 30, 40, and then zero.
