I think it's the cost of inaction and these inefficiencies. And so I mean, the trade off would be just to continue doing what you're doing. John is spending 30 hours a week doing this and he could have seat time savings doing other things. Sometimes it doesn't mean you're working less. It just means you're working more efficiently. So I never really wants to move to a four day work week or anything like that. But we all want to get there eventually.
