Is There a Place for Cool Downs?

E, thet could be. I think i've almost used them more an in the wat room. And we'll throw on big bands when we're doing some of our squats and things like that. But i still wouldn't use them as often, often enough that it would get to be a routine. Come is fri. The last ten and 15 minutes. Talk about cool down. That beohi tabea. That' be a good place too. Wem to round us off.
