The Regeneration of Battersea
i think what's was kind of most striking to me was battersea, before this redevelopment, wasn't necessarily a superaccessible place for the rest of londonie. The regeneration built that accessibility in the tube stations. But it's not clear right now if the people who lived in battersea before are really going to be the ones that reap those benefits for the next, you know, generations to come. And i don't really think there's an issue with building new developments, or even high in development, but when it comes at the cost of the people who living there before and helped build the culture of an area,. That's where it kind of gets to be a great area.
