A lot of people have difficulty even implementing internal focus when they're doing lap movements. Sometimes i just kind of focus on the stack, yo. Just watch the stack go up and down. It i'm just thinking, drive the elbows back and just get that stack up. An external attentional focus dida improve strength performance relative to an internal focus. Which isn't surprising, that is what one would predict. But it is actually good to see.
