i think it can be really hard to find a middle ground, especially as someone who maybe doesn't work in a corporate space. The optimal relationship is one where you can have the conversation right and then ask for what i'm asking for. I've been there beforeoli watwatya om. There are other ways to support each other. It's not just money strictly, doesn't need to be the only sort of exchange.
