The Fed Is Not Performing at Studies

KRE is the is the regional bank ETF. KBE is the S&P. What you see is banks down, but the large banks doing significantly better than the small banks who continue to struggle against the spin that the problem is the small banks. So here we have the real problem in the big banks, but the small price underperforming because of basically the media lies.
