I Think the Debt Sealing Is an Issue, but I Don't Think It Was an Issue.
Timothy Stanley: I think a lot of the seasonal elements of september october are behind us. He says markets technically have corrected some of that noise, and rates up to two % are going to be fine. And in fact, i think signs of cyclicality and structural dynamics in the oil market, in the commodities markets, et cetera. So i guess i'm of the view that i think the debt sealing was an issue, but i don't think it was that significant of an issue.
