Hum anger's a funny emotion, because you're never just angry, like it's that is a surface emotion. A fear, sadness, being misunderstood, uncertain. I mean, there are a lot of things that can create anger. Whenever i am angry, i'm actually always angry at me to that's why i rage so easilyso it's easy to rage against myself. And we spend all our time trying to change things that we can't change, and then beat ourselves up for the fact that i don't have the ability to change things i cannot change.
