The sleep that we need is an investment in being your best self. A lot of it is like cueing your body you do have to wind down, reduce sympathetic nervous system and enhance parasympathetic rest and digest system. Being consistent kind of including whatever rituals you have that kind of help facilitate that feeling for you are really important. It can be hard and some nights won't be as easy as others but I think if you are intentional and planful of kind of protecting that time for transition to get to sleep over timeyou'll be better off overall.
