"We bought four acres of land and we've been saving up for decades like you know it really is like we spent all the piggy bank on the back at the point of the land to grow the vegetables," she says. "There's loads of creatures around to eat them off because they have homes there their homes they're there i've made space for them so even if it's like a strip of specifically ark meadow people don't understand that there's local evolutionary adaptation as well" She adds: "Local adaptations are a real thing so you really need to work with what's here within around 10 miles is what's considered um the best practice."
