Bishop: The bible is not science. It's spirituality and theology making very profound observations that are truthful about the nature of reality, but not in a scientific mode. We shouldn't reduce all forms of knowledge to what can be delivered by the scientific method. Get out of plato's cave, if you want to go backt to the republic of plato. And come to much higher levels of reality accessd through metaphysics and through philosophy.
