Zoom Meetings Are Wrong
Zoom meetings are weird. You don't like see everyone right at the door, right when you walk in just their faces. Brady, one of our engineers, he comes to a meeting five minutes early. That's his big meeting hack. He goes five minutes early so he can chat with people as they come in. And it's it break that breaks the ice. Why do you do those stupid things? Because it helps people get to know each other.
