We are tracking from the moment a lead sets an appointment. And then once they say yes and we do the apps, we're following the entire application process. If you've got three advisors in your office, do they all close similarly? Like, does one of them do better than others? You know, does one have a better follow through on prospects actually going to a second meeting in the first place? How consistent is this consistently happening across your different marketing channels? Because often it's not right, but maybe you get some good quality leads that could be lower quality if you don't track them properly.
