Taylor: It's not a simple proposition, annual true-ups of renewable energy is one thing, but it injects significantly more complexity into the process when thinking about tracking on an hourly basis. Another challenge is just accessibility of data and standardization of data. We need more development and commercialization of power resources that can supply 24-7 carbon-free energies.
