The 80 20 rule is that you need to focus on the 20 % of activities that are resulting in 80 per cent of your ired result. John: Don't be scared to pitch something, or to be focussing on something that's going to be bringing money into your doors. And i really like how abby phrased it, having an obligation to have an impact on the world. There are people out there waiting desperately for your service, who need your product and message. You're not only doing yourself a disservice, you're doing them a disservice.
