How to Write to a D Flip Flops Array

Usually registers are made from d flip flops, which are especially useful for memory storage. A tri state buffet is a device that is used to enable or disable writing to a particular wire on a bus. When the signal to the tri state buffer Is set to one, it will connect up o two circuits to each other. If you remember earlier in this episode, i said that you can't connect up the outputs of multiple transitors to each other because they'd both be competing to try and set the wire to different values. The way you get around this is to use the tri statebuffer.
