How to Use a Checklist System to Get Things Done
You need to use a checklist system that is actually in your face and something that you almost foolproof can't miss. If it's in your face, hopefully you'll have no choice but to check your list as often as possible. Next, organize in a way that works for you. I remember when I worked at an organization years ago where I bought a bunch of clipboards and I nailed five or six clipboards in the wall right next to my desk. That's the way I managed my projects. It worked for me and I got a ton of stuff done.
