The Stress of Working in a Distressed Environment
I was conscious that there was a kind of cast divide as a stringer and a staff. How do you negotiate that piece in terms of, you know, how what burden of duty of care do you have for people who are at different arms length from your organization? I think that anyone who works first regularly, we absolutely have a duty of care for. We really pride ourselves on our hostile environment training. That is open to our freelancers as well.
