How to Define Ultra Short?

The brain is playing a fairly large role in all of this and you know i mean the one thing that's that's coming out of the lab around this idea is that. The brain can effectively focus on any one particular skill set that you try and movement skill set where you're making a really good adaptation for about an hour. If we're talking about 25 100s on call it 120 you're looking at a set that lasts approximately just over 30 minutes yep. It becomes where you're not anywhere really near the ideal anywhere what you need to be so the most you can get in that time where its ideal is the best.
