Is There Joy in God's Presence?

Your bio says you live off of psalm 16 11. Why that verse? That verse talks about there is a fulness of joy in the presence of the lord. And i also, i can have a melancholy personality, so it's easy for me to kind of distlike, basically, like drawn to negativity. So i have to fight for joy a lot. Just to know that it is in god's presence that we find joy.
