How to Price a Deal for NBC Universal

I think mostly the apples, the Googles, the Amazon's, the Netflix who are now smack in the middle of the TV business that used to come to this conference and be viewed as digital media players. And they're just not showing much interest in acquiring a traditional TV company. So pricing a deal becomes very difficult. There are a lot of social issues with respect to them dealing with each other. I don't think this year is likely to be the year.
