Is Keybord Mita a Workspace?

In alfred, i build a lot of work forlhows that i can ae personal to me. There's an ap by aptorium called work spaces, or work spaces too. You can use it in a similar sort of way to where you might grup things in a nap like bunch and launch them individually. So one that i use quite a lot is a one called code runner.
