BCMA Carty and the Infectious Risk Framework

BCMA carty is used in patients with relapsed refactory, multiple myeloma. The depletion of long-lived plasma cells already occurs before BCMA carty. It also continues after carty because the BCMA antigen is actually present on long- lived plasma cells. With BCMA cartY, we do see hypogammaglobininemia as a result of this adaptation and the setting of the on target of tumor effect of the carty.
