Lindsey: I adopted my babies through LDS Family Services as well as well in the late 90s, early 2000s. She says fees for us were on a sliding scale based on our income, not on the gender of the baby. Lindsey was so tired of all the roles and the hats that she was wearing during COVID. "I just want to teach my girls that it's not them. It's the systems that are incorrect," Lindsay said.
