The Importance of Having a Tool Alongside AI
The risk with doing something too superficial that doesn't really solve a complex problem is that it becomes a nice to have and it doesn't provide adoption. The low hanging fruit could be using natural language to answer FAQs, which are public documents anyway. And if you're on the risk pendulum, trying to implement something where the risk of doing something is significant, you need to take a slower, more mitigated approach.
