"I stopped listening to podcasts, watching tv, or reading magazines. And i pretty much only, like, i watched, like, a movie when i was alone during the week, one movie every night," she said. "That was t that was pretty much my content diet." She now reads with her eyes and listens to audio books while out on the water.

Taking a break from work can look 1,000 different ways: You could learn how to make homemade pasta; you could visit five new countries; you could spend sunup to sundown swinging in a hammock. What constitutes a break should fit your specific context and needs.
