When we are in harmony with ourselves, we actually give a wonderful gift to everybody we meet. Just imagine what this planet would be like if every being honored followed the five precepts. Think of how incredibly transforming that would be. They are very powerful. We can think of this kind of development of virtual morality as being somewhat superficial and real work has to do when you sit on your off or when you watch your draft. But actually the power of that kind of harmonious living in mind state goes very deep, tremendously potent in its effect"
