Non Duality and Oneness or Monism

i see non duality and like oneness or monism getting complated a lot mand um ah, which is not detailed enough. And it sounds badly boundaried. So maybe you kind jod me oyou. I didn't like, full recognized fool, or foolishness recognized foolishness initia, as i see you. But gosh, is it fun like to try a  and i try to, like, really stay open about it because it's every thing i can like, argue with people about and get heated about,. Which is awfully silly but there you go.
