Is There a Lot of Uncertainty in Bike Sharing?

In terms of predictability, it seems to me that there must be. The bike shering datis not like the stock market, where it's mostly noise. There are a lot of predictable patterns. But what makes this complicated, i guess, is also there 's a vast amount of supply. And so this is cant of the extra complexity, at least in my view.
