For laticane, if we're using without epi, it's 5 migs per kig. For bupivacane, we typically shoot for 2.5 milligrams per kilogram. We do have a specific antidote and that's lipid emulsion therapy are 20% intralipid. It might facilitate redistribution of the local anesthetic from the target organs.
