The Antidote Is Not a Book About Mortality Per Se
I'm very far from convinced that i am particularly reconciled with mortality. I don't think ta, i'm particularly more reconciled than than anyone else. It's not a kind of terrified panic of facing the fact of death. In all it's sort of horrifying awfulness that may, in fact, not be something that human beings can do completely. The discomfort that i'm talking about and that we need to get a bit friendlier with is just that low level discomfort which pushes us into distraction.
