I'm also a big fan of memorizing, or trying to memorize, difficult passages. Sometimes i'll ask a student, ok, do you think you know this by heart? And they'll like, yot, i'm pretty sure i know it, cause i've done it a thousand times. I say, there's a difference between that and actually sending yourself to memorize something. So we all know that repetition can lead to cinesthetics and and muscle memory. But sometimes what also really works s we can call it sopeging. Even though i'm not necessarily academic minded, bor sometimes when i go there,. it can really help and be an asset
