How to Stay in the Present Moment
When you have anxiety, you're thinking about these horrible things that could happen. Think of the line as being the actual moment in reality that you know for sure the bad thing is happening. Another technique that I love and that works very well for me personally is solving problems. Sometimes anxiety is really your emotional guidance system warning you that there is something going on that you need to pay attention to.
