The Sequencing of a Portfolio of Property
A couple of big ticket items that we needed to address here for them in terms of the sequencing and what this money map allowed them to get some clarity around one. They definitely want to build a portfolio of property. Two, they wrote a stage where they had one young child and they wanted to expand the family. Three, they wanted to retire as early as possible. And four, they also had a secondary income as part of their principal place of residence. So there's a few things that need to be tested here, but I guess in terms ofThe sequencing, it's really important to get this in order, Ben, to make sure that the whole plan comes together.
