The Importance of Listening to Your Students
Teachers need to listen. They if they're not hearing the students voices, then perhaps they're doing too much. So start with open-ended questions, ask lots of them. Trust your students. Find the point of need and then help them with their error. Help them with elaboration. Let them know how their own ideas might might add or impact meaning overall. That's it. You know, just.
