Do You Have a Training Zone?
It's better to do one hour of zone two and put some zone three for a short amount of time, maybe 10 minutes in the middle of that. You have caution with the group runs because sometimes that's going to be too fast for you. Just take that one day a week and just stay like like killing in Jornay. There's a lot of like, you know, coffee jogs, but he's probably going pretty good,. But again, you have to find joy. Do what you like to do.
