Engineer Development - What Are Some of the Steps That You Take to Help Your Lead?
When someone expresses to you that they are feeling like they're ready to move on to the next step in their career, what are some of the steps that you take to help them? We spend a lot of time, especially with new hires, but just in general, making sure that folks understand the expectations and the definition of each of the different levels as you progress through your career. And so we try to give feedback continuously. That's important. And we also try to assess or just naturally, I guess, we assess continuously as well.
