Customer Listening Framework
Customer listening is one of the first places i go when i don't have content ideas. So with those use cases in mind, i want ta transition over and talk about a framework that i use for customer listening. The framework looks like this. There's basically four steps. You start with a hypothesis, and then you do your customer listening o. Then after each interview, you're going to document what you find. And then after you have all your interviews documented, you'll come back to that original hypothesis and validate pieces of it, and quite possibly invalidate other pieces of it.
